As an Operations & Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our organization’s daily operations. You will oversee various departments and processes, streamline workflows, and manage resources to achieve optimal productivity and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, process improvement, team management, and performance monitoring.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across departments.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including budget management, staffing, and equipment procurement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach departmental managers and teams to maximize their potential and achieve performance targets.
- Quality Control: Ensure product or service quality standards are met and maintained consistently.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies for continuity and disaster recovery.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, seeking feedback and addressing concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
- 4+ years of overall combined expertise in relevant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
